We are now offering something new at BL6Studios. Our Art, Yoga and Meditation sessions aim to allow participants to relax and destress in our warm and friendly environment.
Theses sessions will run every fortnight and the dates are as follows: Tuesday 23rd April, Tuesday 7th May and Tuesday 21st May from 1.30 – 3pm.
In these sessions we will start with a 30 min painting session. Discovering Mandela designs we will paint in colours of your choice leading to an image you may want to create of your own.
Next we will be leading into a gentle yoga session with stretching followed by a few poses.
Finally we will finish with a relaxing 15 minute mediation which allows you to come down at the end of each session.
Tea & biscuits are offered at the end allowing everyone to have a chat and catch up on the afternoon’s session.
It is £20 for each session.
